1. How collection works
Necessary data is processed when your browser requests a page, selects a language or authenticates in the restricted CMS. Optional analytics is disabled by default and is loaded only after you choose “Accept optional cookies”.
2. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies support a choice you requested, security or restricted authentication. They are not used for advertising and cannot be switched off through the banner without breaking the related function.
3. Optional analytics
When authorized and configured, Google Analytics receives page and session events, approximate geolocation, browser and device information. IP anonymization is requested and Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this implementation.
Analytics cookies are not created before affirmative consent. Choosing necessary-only leaves the articles available.
4. Server logs and security
Hosting and security infrastructure may create request logs containing IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser identifier and error or abuse signals. They are used to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect it, and should be retained only as long as necessary.
5. External content
Links, videos or resources hosted by third parties may send technical request data to those providers when accessed or loaded. Their own policies apply. Technical diagrams rendered locally by Mermaid or CircuiTikZ do not require analytics cookies.
6. Change or withdraw your choice
Use the controls below at any time. Withdrawal prevents future analytics loading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this domain. It does not retroactively invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
